"From the very start Sam and the team were helpful, proactive and solution based. They walked me through the space and discussed what would work well.
Once I picked out the items they produced a plan and suggested alternatives that would work in the tricky space. They thought of every potential outcome and walked us through the differing stages. During the build they were considerate and tidied up the area after every day.
Any questions that we had were answered straight away. When an issue arose Sam and the team resolved it instantly and they could not have been more approachable.

"Project Nine recently completed a one and a half storey extension on our property and we couldn’t recommend them more highly. From the onset Jake and Sam were there for us. Offering advice and recommendations as to how we could improve and implement our design ideas and then turning these into a reality.
We knew exactly what was happening, and when, at all times which was impressive considering the amount of work being undertaken by various teams. Any extras we added on were discussed and prices agreed upfront so we weren’t stung by any massive costs at the end.
Our project was completed on time and within budget. As you would expect with any project this size any minor complications that arose were dealt with immediately with quick resolutions. The work was completed with us having a family of five still living in the house and they managed to keep it so we had as little disruption as possible.
