We can take the project from an intitial conversation and oversee the whole process from point of contact to completion, this way clients have peace of mind their desired outcomes and budget are well managed from day one.
Alternatively, If you’d prefer to use your own suppliers and sub-contractors or need a sounding board for a complex self-build, we can provide a full project management service based on a percentage of the build costs or pre-agreed fixed fee.
